John has led a major aged care group’s building and asset management department, catering services, laundry services, procurement and IT, as well as leading significant refurbishments in the development of a contemporary 186 room service, valued at $60million.
John is passionate about working with aged care businesses to bring the customer experience to the fore of these important functional areas, and is an experienced Administrator for Compliance Transformation Services.
